Pony Club

The Pony Club is an international voluntary youth organisation for those interested in ponies and riding. Formed in 1929, it's the largest association of riders in the world with over 500 Centres in the UK with over 15,000 members.

We are an approved Pony Club Centre and membership is open to all boys and girls 4-25yrs.

Here at Laura Brennan Equestrian Centre we provide members with opportunities to learn new riding skills and about what it takes to look after a pony. It's a great way to make new friends and have fun. Almost every famous rider, show jumper and eventer started to learn their skills with The Pony Club. They all had great fun too!

Pony Club Disciplines

We offer a wide range of disciplines to our Pony Club members. Our seasonal programme of activities is designed to be engaging, educational and rewarding.

Achievement Badges and Pony Club Tests

Pony Club Achievement Badges cover a range of basic equestrian and countryside topics and, as each one is passed, the appropriate cloth badge can be sewn onto your Pony Club Sweatshirt.
Rider development is one of the key aims of The Pony Club and tests have been designed to improve rider ability and knowledge. Starting with the 'E' Test you can progress through the Standards of Efficiency up to the 'AH' Test. You might also want to take Progressive Tests at Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum standard in Riding and Stable Management.

Whatever your aims, here at Laura Brennan Equestrian Centre, we can help you achieve your goals.

Insurance
Pony Club membership includes Personal Liability Insurance which covers you for accidental injury or damage to third parties or their property, arising out of the use or ownership of ponies or horses.
